1. About FarmBazaar

FarmBazaar is a farm-direct marketplace operated by Aqeeq Jahangir, a farmer based in Murud, Maharashtra. We connect buyers directly with our farm and partner farms to purchase the full seasonal harvest of specific named trees.

2. Harvest Bookings

When you purchase a harvest on FarmBazaar, you are purchasing the seasonal yield of a specific farm tree. Harvest quantity is estimated; actual yield may vary due to natural factors. We guarantee a minimum yield as stated on each listing. If the farm falls short of the guaranteed minimum, we will top up from a verified partner farm or issue a full refund.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Accepted methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. FarmBazaar does not store any payment card information. All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR).

4. Pricing

Prices listed are for the full seasonal harvest of the stated tree. Delivery charges, if applicable, are communicated separately at checkout or via WhatsApp before dispatch. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed and paid.

5. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to complete a purchase. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. FarmBazaar reserves the right to suspend accounts found to be misused.

6. Limitation of Liability

FarmBazaar's liability in respect of any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, delays due to courier services, or damage in transit beyond our control. In all cases, we will work with you to find a fair resolution.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Raigad, Maharashtra.

Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

We collect your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address when you create an account or place an order. We also collect order history and payment confirmation references (not card details) via Razorpay.

2. How We Use It

Your information is used solely to process your orders, communicate harvest and delivery updates, and provide customer support. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

3. WhatsApp & Email Updates

By placing an order, you consent to receive WhatsApp messages and emails from us related to your harvest — including farmer photos, dispatch notifications, and delivery updates. You can opt out at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing info@farmbazaar.in.

4. Firebase & Google

We use Google Firebase for authentication and data storage. Your data is stored securely on Google Cloud servers. Firebase's own privacy policy applies to data stored on their platform.

5. Razorpay

Payment processing is handled by Razorpay. FarmBazaar never sees or stores your card details. Razorpay's privacy policy governs the handling of payment data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your order data for a minimum of 3 years for accounting and support purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements) by emailing info@farmbazaar.in.

Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping

All produce is harvested fresh and packed on the day of dispatch from our farm in Murud, Maharashtra. We ship via trusted courier partners (Delhivery, DTDC, or similar) and directly via our own logistics for local deliveries.

• Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days within Maharashtra; 2–5 days pan-India.
• Delivery charges are communicated before dispatch and may vary based on quantity and destination.
• We do not use cold storage — produce is shipped live and fresh. Please plan to receive on the expected delivery day.
• Tracking information will be shared via WhatsApp on the day of dispatch.

Harvest Guarantee

Each listing states a minimum guaranteed yield. If the actual harvest from your specific tree falls short of this guarantee, we will top up with produce from a verified partner farm of the same variety and quality, at no extra cost. If we are unable to fulfil the top-up, you are entitled to a proportionate refund.

Refunds

• Before dispatch: Full refund if you cancel more than 7 days before the scheduled harvest. Cancellations within 7 days of dispatch may be subject to a 10% processing fee.
• Quality issues: If produce arrives in unsatisfactory condition, send us a WhatsApp photo within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
• Non-delivery: If your order is not delivered within 7 days of dispatch, we will investigate and either reship or refund in full.

How to Claim a Refund

WhatsApp us at +91 86002 48816 or email info@farmbazaar.in with your order ID and a description of the issue. We aim to resolve all claims within 3 business days.
